⦁ Final Sales: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items purchased from our online store.

⦁ In-Store Credit: If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may offer in-store credit under the following conditions:

⦁ The request for in-store credit must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

⦁ The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags.

⦁ Proof of purchase (order number or transaction record) must be provided.

⦁ Exceptions: We are unable to offer in-store credit for items that are damaged, altered, or used. Items purchased as "final sale" or "as-is" are not eligible for in-store credit.

⦁ Return Process: To request in-store credit, please contact our customer service team at customer service email. Provide your order number and details about the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to return the item.

⦁ In-Store Credit Usage: In-store credit can be used for future purchases at Lastelles Treasure Thrift Store and is not redeemable for cash. Credit will be applied to your account and can be used during checkout on our website.
